At Joyce Ashworth Gallery, our vision is to showcase the works of our artist and create designs that inspire and captivate. We believe that art and design have the power to make a difference in the world, and we strive to use our talent to make a positive impact.
We take a collaborative approach to every project, working closely with our Collectors to understand their vision to bring ideas to life.
Our portfolio showcases some of our best work both in abstraction and impression. These artworks can be used for branding, packaging, apparel and more. Browse our portfolio to see various options of style and application.
Joyce first held a brush in August 2019. No formal studies in the arts, she trained under the tutelage of master painter known both national and international, Maestro Fidel M. Sarmiento, President of the Art Association of the Philippines (AAP). She quickly fell in love with acrylic painting and joined her first group exhibit the following year. Her works are now spread across the country, and has collectors from
US, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Papua New Guinea, and Saudi Arabia.
Born in Sto. Tomas, Batangas and raised in the Barong Tagalog-rich town of Lumban, Laguna, Joyce is an emerging artist, her touch is considered as advance as her selection and arrangement of visual elements such as images, symbols, and colors that possess the character of outstanding art.
The artist's medium of choice is acrylic, but Joyce also uses graphite and charcoal. Each medium manifests in its own individual style.
She uses mostly canvas but influenced by Maestro Fidel, she also paints on acacia wood and porcelain plates, bottles, ceramic tiles, and sandpaper.
" I believe that working in a single medium is restrictive to my artistic process." - Joyce
This multimedia artist likes modern abstraction, impressionism, and realism.
Joyce was awarded by the Philippine government-body, Government Service Insurance System (GSIS), Honorable Mention for 2024 and a Finalist in the 2023 National Art Competition both for the Non-Representational category, out of hundreds of entries. And as for her impressionism and realism pieces, these are directly influenced by what she coined life stories. She likes to showcase the resilience and passion of the Filipino people.
A published artist, Joyce keeps on evolving, focusing on conveying a message to her audience with visual communication.
